The first step

  1. Order your mobile device – we strongly recommend the XDA (all models) supplied by 02 for it’s all round convenience. Click here to see how to buy this and what you should ask for when you place your order.
  2. It is strongly advised that you have a separate mobile device for CX Mobile to your normal phone – this is because a voice call currently blocks any incoming data message, which could impact on you receiving real time messages & bookings from us.
  3. When you know your approximate delivery date for the mobile device, contact us to arrange your upgrade to CX Mobile.
  4. We will mail you out an SD memory card (for the XDA) or send you a text message (for phones including the P900) to download and install CX Mobile onto your device. There is a small one-time charge for this.
  5. We will set your new PIN for using CX Mobile – you can change this at any time if required.
