There are two main differences between CX Mobile on a phone and XDA. We recommend the XDA because you can:
- Capture a POD signature and send this back to CX in real time
- The XDA has a fully featured diary (even when you aren’t connected to the web), so you can see your jobs (for ‘today’ and ‘tomorrow’). The phone version will allow you to POD a job without a signature, but does not retain the collection & delivery details.
The XDA also has a touch screen, which we believe is easier to use than the joystick on a phone.
You can run all your other programmes on the XDA at the same time as CX Mobile, including sat nav.
