Dedicated mobile device
We strongly recommend that you have a separate device for CX Mobile from your usual phone because a voice call currently blocks any incoming data message, which could impact on you receiving real time messages & bookings from us. If we can’t deliver a message to you because you are either on the phone, out of range, or the device is turned off, it will be stored and sent to you when the connection is re-established.
The cost for data has come down significantly over the past few months – 02 now offer 5Mb of data for £8 + vat a month. You only pay for the data that you use - CX Mobile uses data very sparingly. Even sending a signature back for a POD costs around 1 pence as it is compressed using a sophisticated algorithm!
